All LED products are guaranteed within warranty period .Here's policies as below :

1. Before delivery all products are guaranteed 100% working, while some may got damage during transportation . So when goods arrive, please check the package first and the inner products . If got broken, please send photos to us as soon as possible for proof, so we can deal with transporting company immediately . Of course, we will take responsibility for these brokens ones and apply for compensation . The new ones for replacement will be sent to customers freely during the next order .

2. After arrival, though package is no damage, some may not work; or during customers' using, some stop working suddenly . This may bacause some componet get loose, also the failure rate cann't be more than 1% . Customers can demonstrate the problem and take detailed photos for analysing reasons. We will take the responsibility for these ones and apply for compensation . New ones for replacement will be sent to customers freely druing next order. Also customers has the duty to gather all these damange lamps together for our later taking back .

3. If some accident happens and whole batch gets problem, we will arrange taking back for reparing, then sending back . All the cost will be take by our side .

Under below situations products are not guaranteed :

1.incorrect use : Wrong input voltage;working under unnormal environment;

2.Dismounting : Dismantle without permission

3.Artificially damage : Products got damaged by man purposely or unintentional

4.Out of warranty period
